Meute (stylized MEUTE) is an eleven-piece self-described techno marching band from Germany. The band arranges Techno, House and Deep House works by well-known DJs, augmenting them with electronic beats created by marching band instruments. In doing so, they seek to "[create] a new genre by combining hypnotic driving techno and expressive brass band music," thereby "detaching electronic music from the DJ desk."[1] Meute have toured Europe, America, and southern Africa in their four-year history and have performed in a variety of venues, including city streets, music festivals, and classical concert halls.
Meute was founded by trumpeter Thomas Burhorn in Hamburg in 2015. The band had their......
A cover version in 2000, credited to Black Legend, originally sampled Barry White; however, White had not given permission for this, so the vocals were re-recorded by Black Legend member Elroy "Spoonface" Powell. This 2000 version - falling under the genre tribal house - was a hit across Europe, reaching number-one in the UK in June of that year. The song was the 40th best selling single of 2000 in the UK.
‘Great Spirit’ is back and not to be trifled with. Slamming down hard with its distorted kick drums and colossal synths, the Wildstylez Remix cracks floors like an earthquake and colors the skies red with its wrath. From thumping original by Armin van Buuren & Vini Vici to devastating anthem, ‘Great Spirit’ exudes power. Loads of it.
GOING TO SAY ONE OF MY FAVOURITE DANCE MUSIC VIDEOS OF ALL TIME

Deadmau5’s latest installation in his mau5trap series, mau5ville: Level 2, is out now, featuring the lead single “Drama Free” with singer-songwriter Lights. “Drama Free” is a darker, slower dance track driven mostly by Lights’ exceptional vocal talent over industrial-sounding drums.
“Drama Free” is a bizarre track in that it is slightly unsettling to listen to. The rhythm of the drums doesn’t match perfectly to Lights’ vocals, creating an eclectic, untraditional flow. The various industrial sounds woven throughout the track add to the overall unsettling vibe. Even Lights’ voice is warped to change pitch sporadically......
Lind is first met by P. T. Barnum when the two were invited to meet Queen Victoria in England. Lind is somewhat charmed at the notion of P. T. Barnum's invitation to perform a tour of the United States, but agrees and she soon finds herself in New York with Barnum.
Barnum organises Lind's first performance in New York where she opens to a full audience. She performs her own song Never Enough and the crowd is blown away by her talent. Lind receives a standing ovation from the entire audience including theatre critic James Gordon Bennett.
Due to the success of her first show, Barnum begins planning the tour of the rest of the country.
While on tour, Lind performs show after show, becoming......

It remained at number one for one week before being knocked out by "The Rose" by......
"The Man Comes Around" is the title track from Johnny Cash's American IV: The Man Comes Around, released in 2002. It was written several years prior to the release of the album; however, Cash updated it for the album. It is one of the last songs Cash wrote before his death. Both sung and spoken, the song makes numerous Biblical references, especially to the Book of Revelation.
